We will then return to visit you within 24 hours of birth for further care and assistance. We offer home visits for the first 10 days to two weeks.
Once your baby arrives, your midwives will remain with you for the the first few hours to complete full examinations of you and your newborn, provide all necessary care, establish feeding and assist you with caring for yourself and your new baby.

Your midwives will care for you and your baby during the first 6-8 weeks after your baby has arrived.
Visits are generally done in our clinic at 3 weeks and 6 weeks, with additional visits scheduled as needed to meet your needs.

As Registered Midwives in BC, we can prescribe medication for you, assist with breastfeeding challenges, refer you to specialists and consult with a wide range of practitioners while you are under our care.
